cancellation policy I understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary, however i require a 48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling! If you are to cancel your appointment within less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%, the amount depending on your scheduled service! This protects my time, and allows me to fill your spot! no call no show if you fail to inform me you will not be at your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service booked! In order to rebook an appointment in the future, this fee will have to be paid! late policy I kindly ask that you notify me if you're running late. After 15 minutes you may be asked to reschedule / adjust your service if needed, and the cancellation fee will apply to any rescheduled appointment.
